Looking for an AU/Future fic - ***FOUND***

I'm looking for a fic I read about a year ago. It's a AU/Future fic where Brian and Justin are partners. Brian has an ex-boyfriend that shows up claiming that he and Brian are still legally partners, so Justin suggests that the two of them should go on a trip together to see if Brian still loves him. I remember it does have a HAPPY ending!! I would really appreciate it if anyone does remember this story and can help me. Next time I'll save it.
