Looking for two fics: justin teaching gus colors and justin buying brian

1)Justin has a house with a pool that is out in the country I think and he teaches Gus about colors. I can only think about how Justin had him move pillows around on his couch. I don't know if this is a part of it but I remember something about Justin leaving Brian in the pool by himself and went and hid inside somewhere.

2)What I remember is that Brian volunteers to do a bachelors auction and Justin buys him I think. I think they have to go on like three dates and Brian takes Justin to a restaurant that he thinks he would hate and then finds out that Justin is part owner.
