Kudos to Red and Court!

I just want to say what a spectacular job Court and Red have been doing of late with getithere, in particular in tagging entries and getting folks to use the subject line for their posts.

on a side note, I miss the purple, but otherwise like the new layout - but it took me by surprise.

This isn't a permanent color. We're looking to get a new layout, but Court needed more room for tags. lol

Thanks for the kudos. We are trying. And we appreciate everyone using the subject lines and being as detailed as possible in their posts. Makes tagging with specificity and putting into appropriate Memories categories *so much* easier.

Our goal is to make this a really user-friendly comm not just for that fic you once read and don't know where, but also to be a place to head for when you just get an itch to read a bunch of particular category fics, e.g., "jealous B/J" or "amnesia" or "B/J meet in a different way" or "old challenge fics I haven't read in years" fics; one-stop shopping via the Memories or Tags.

There are now 440 tags. And only about 3-4 months' worth of entries have been tagged. And a free account is limited to 1000 tags. ahem.

Updating the look and doing some reorganization is a great idea. I bet that they would be happy to make you some personalized getithere icons, headers, etc. over at grafx_requests.

I love it too and thank you both very much and I mean that in a postive life affirming way!

This has been my favorite place ever since I discovered it.
It's like Christmas almost every day when I get to open a shiny new package full of recommended qaf fic every time I click on a link. :D

PS: the operable word here is recommended, saves so much grief and aggravation in trying to sift through the oceans of qaf fic out there.

I wanted to say something also about the new layout, but I didn't know where. lol Like everything new you have to get use to it, but I think I won't have any problems at all. Thanks for all you do for us QAF B/J fans.
