Looking for Brian death-fic

Hi, I'm looking for a fic where Brian dies from cancer, although I don't remember if it's future-fic or AU. Justin is in denial all the way through the memorial service, and doesn't understand everyone's behaviour. It takes a visit at the loft from the gang (Emmett, I think, and possibly Ben and/or Michael) to make him realise what has happened. I believe the story mentions that Brian was actually receiving care at the loft until he died. Any ideas?
