2 fic search: 1st= sunshine houses and 2nd= inheritance problems

The first fic i am looking for is that for some reason brian and justin break up and as a result justin leaves Pittsburg. He hitchhikes and is picked up by an old lady. who takes him over the border (to canada or alaska can't remember). years later he meets brian again and he has made some kind of organization to help others (talks to gus in a limo late at night ... or something like that)

The second fic is when justin comes into an inheritance form this grandfather and he creates safe havens for gay kids the family gets angry that justin hasn't told them and hunter sticks up for him (i think justin has a body guard as well)

any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

Both found links inside thankyou so much :)

I think that first one is Always and Forever (http://qaf-fic.com/atp/viewstory.php?sid=2558)
by Elsa Rose Bryant over at ATP

The second one was just recced on this comm a few days ago. I can't remember the name, but if you go back some, it should be there. It was known to be on bjfic, and an alternate link was requested and found. Last Hope, or Last Chance... Can't remember exactly.

Please update your subject line to something relevant to your search. #1 B/J break up, Justin hitchhikes with old lady, #2 J inherits $$ and creates safe place for gay kids, or something similar.

The reason I keep harping on specific subject lines is, as chaoticboom mentioned, one of these was requested the other day. Having specific subject lines really helps when someone else is searching later on.

Thanks!
