Justin as transplant donor

I'm looking for a story I read a while ago. Craig has a baby son with his next wife and the baby is sick and needs some sort of transplant. Justin get tested and ends up being the donor. I didn't save this to my hard drive and now I'm kicking myself, any help would be great.

I had very low expectations for this fic - didn't know the author, didn't really care for the premise.

But I was blown away.

I loved the characterization - which I found to be in character.

What a great little fic.
