looking for these 2 stories that i read quite a while ago and would love to re read (and add to my memories this time ;-) )

1.
Brian is in a wheelchair, still lives in the loft and works for Ryder i think? He doesnt like meeting clients (bit of a recluse) and calls rent boys to his loft. Justin moves into the building and comes to Brians loft to deliver mail or something and Brian thinks he is his rent boy??

2.
AU. Justin becomes Kinnetic new head of the art department. He and Brian work together for a while but nothing happens between them. They are working at the loft and the scene that sticks in my mind is, Brian is lookin over Justins shoulder looking at the computer and they kiss and Brian pulls off Justins jumper.

#2 sounds like a scene from Chapter 6 of All the Rage (http://www.bjfic.net/main/viewstory.php?sid=8197&textsize=0&chapter=1), which is a very AU fic where Brian and Justin are actually Rage and JT.

Unfortunately, it seems to be unfinished. Even the author's LJ doesn't seem to have been updated in a while, so... :(
