i can't remember the story but i know that he wasn't in a coma. What had happened was Ethan had beat him up and Brian had went back to the house and handled Ethan and when he came to the hospital at first jennifer thought brian had done it and then well she realized her mistake. Deb tells him to go in and talk to Justin cause he was the one who could relate to being beaten by someone who loved them.
So brian goes to him and he sings the song and they all are watching through the window and Ben knows because he took a class in sign language, and you would think that knowing all of this i would know the name of it but i don't hopefully this summary will help someone find it for you cause i for one love it.
