looking for a fic : "Moving On" and Mimi's website

Hi..
I read a story a couple weeks ago, It's about Brian leaving to New York . He asked Justin to go with him but Justin didn't accept it right away. The plan is Justin will go to NY after he graduated but that's not the real reason, it's mostly because He is scared. In the end Brian is leaving without Justin but in the last minute Justin decided to go. He try to catch Brian but a few second late, so he end up sitting  on the curb with Michael. Luckily Brian herd /saw him so he went back. I think it's a "what if" story in The Moon Shadow Tribe but I can not find the "what if "section in there.

Oh and I'm also looking for Mimi's website or westleyo. I tried www.westleyo.com but I can't find the story index.
