Looking for a fic, of course. Justin is in New York and evidently hasn't been home in some time. Daphne comes to visit and Molly has sent him a tape that shows parties at Deb's and there is a man who looks to be in love with Brian. I think he is either the new police chief, or going to be the new police chief.

could it be the it's only time series by freakykat ... it has a part where molly sends justin a video and there's someone with brian though I don't remember if he was a policeman ... either way if it's not the one you look ..this fic it's an amazing piece for reading ...

Absolutely!

She has many fics she's working on (including a NaNo that's not even for this fandom! lol), but she's my best friend, and I can promise she will finish It's Only Time :)

Hells yeah, she will! :) I forget which one she said she'd update next, and I can't promise when... Luke and Noah are taking up much of her brain lately... but they will continue!
