Don't know of any that start at 312, but I do know of a few popular Hustler!Justin fic.

New Year, by Rizabeau, and the sequel, Spring Break (http://qaf-fic.com/atp/viewstory.php?sid=644&warning=NC-17). The first fic is also affectionately known as Blindfold!Justin!fic.

There's also Out Of The Shadows, by Kimberley (http://www.bjfic.net/main/viewstory.php?sid=5130&warning=NC-17). This is a Brian and Justin meet in a different way fic. Very good.
