yaoi is a whole humongous genre of manga (japanese comics and graphic novels) and anime (japanese animations) about gay love and gay sex, written almost exclusively by women for women. There are, like, millions of titles in this genre. It's a whole huge industry.
slash is, you know, when you pick two characters from a book/comic/film/etc, and pair them together. That is, given that they weren't originally together. Then you write porn about them. It's usually gay porn.
yaoi slash is, I think, when you pair up male characters from japanese comics, animations or games. But yaoi is sometimes used by anime fans as general term for homosexual content (esp. fanfic), even though technically it's not yaoi, 'cause yaoi is graphic. If that makes sense, lol. But it's quite possible that I invented the term 'yaoi slash' just now.
