Brian avoids being in WTC at 9/11 because of visit from Justin

In the fic I'm looking for Brian moves to New York in the end of S1. He is supposed to be at a meeting at WTC on 9/11, but Justin shows up at his place on the 10th and tells him about prom.

Does anybody have any idea which fic I'm talking about?
