I'm looking for a fic where Justin has cancer and Him and Brian get married in Niagra falls so Justin can be on his insurence and any other fics where Justin has cancer or is sick are welcome

No problem. Remission really isn't a B.J fic. It's a true story that happened to someone he knew, and he wrote it around Brian and Justin. It is good, but very heavy and rather depressing.
