Neighbor fic

Hello all,

I am looking for a fic where Justin moves into Brian's building, and they do not know eachother. I know there are several fics like this (and I am open to them all), but the one I am thinking of takes place with Brain's loft building. The only other thing I remember is that Justin's loft (which I think was on a higher floor than Brians) was decorated almost all in white, with some large blue accents.

There is a fic, the name escapes me, Justin lives downstairs from Brian, who is in a wheelchair, they meet on-line, and eventually meet in person. If you are interested, I will have a look for it for you. Daphne dmshine@adam.com.au
