Neighbor fic

Hello all,

I am looking for a fic where Justin moves into Brian's building, and they do not know eachother. I know there are several fics like this (and I am open to them all), but the one I am thinking of takes place with Brain's loft building. The only other thing I remember is that Justin's loft (which I think was on a higher floor than Brians) was decorated almost all in white, with some large blue accents.

It's not this one. But Draccone has one where they meet because Justin just bought a loft in Brian's building, but Brian in a relationship with Michael and he cheats with Justin. it is a B/J story but starts out B/M. No B?m sex if it makes you squeamish.

The only fic I know of where they don't know each other is The Boy Next Door. Justin can hear Brian fucking through the air vents.

It's an AU where Justin and Molly who are twins and Daphne move back to Pittsburgh after several years away. They get to know Brian when they buy two adjoining lofts his building.

The chapter page that will come up is the one with the picture of Justin's loft,and it sounds as you described. It is also in Brian's building. I liked the story alot.
