young Brian "meets" Justin before he was born

I'm looking for a story in which Brian, a boy himself, meets Jennifer Taylor, heavily pregnant and about to give birth. Brian waits with her for an ambulance and they discuss names and Brian encourages her to pick the name Justin. Then by accident Brian meets Justin later, when he is 3 or something and picks a car from the shelf of a store for Justin (a corvette?). They meet on and off, maybe Brian babysits, I'm not sure about that and it ends with Jennifer telling Brian more or less to stop coming by as Brian is an adult by now and Justin a small kid and she senses that Justin is too fond of Brian.

Thanks a lot. that's it, even though I have mixed two stories in my mind.

This is obviously the one, there was also another one I've been thinking of: the last scene is Brian saying goodbye to Justin and Justin has been crying in his room, but then at the very end accepts that Brian will be removed from his life for the time being. In this Jennifer got all concerned about Brian and Justin's closeness and asks Brian to back of and he does. It ends with Justin being a child and I think the author planned a sequel.
