Hey...I'm looking for a story I started reading a long time ago and never got very far into. All I remember is that Brian is the owner of a quoin (a brothel) and he starts to fall for his new employee, Justin. Anyone remember this story. Thanks so much.

...no I think that's "Pleasure Playground of the god Kinney" and the sequel, which I'm annoyed was never finished.

The one I'm looking for is an AU with Brian and Justin in Pittsburgh.

I have never read or seen LOTR. I really tried to get into the hobbit but I couldn't!

I'm a lifelong fantasy geek, that's why it's easier for me to write in the lotr fandom or any fantasy setting rather than a more contemporary one. I tried writing qaf, but the characters never sounded right.

I've been writing some things under a Daphne muse and it hasn't gone on too badly..yet...

There are a couple B/J stories that have been running around my head for a long time. Maybe, if I ever finish my lotr I'll try again to let them out.

It's a dark AU, Legolas slash story set about a hundred years before the War of the Ring. (It's also a mpreg; I know that's not for everyone.)

I'm still going over the link I got. I will update this post as soon as I figure out if the story I want is on there.

Ugh...I do not like Starema. Maybe that's why I never read more than the beginning of that story.

I read a couple of things by her when I started reading qaf...I swear, if I had run into any more stories like hers I would not have stuck around this fandom.
