First, check out the hurt/comfort challenge on neverenough_bj. Most of those stories are Brian or Justin/other where they do end up together.

Another favorite of mine is "Wanting" by Keisha7 on bjfic.net. It's a post-513 with Justin/other in the beginning.

One of my favourite post-show series is by bdeviled. I believe her first series has Justin seeing another man while Brian gets his act together.

bdeviled has a sublime way of tying up some loose ends from the show. She really is a favourite of mine. She wrote two series, but exceptional.
