I wrote one, which is a fusion fic instead of an actual crossover, but you might still be interested. Basically, Sam and Dean aren't in the fic, but Brian and Justin are living in the Supernatural universe, where demons etc exist.

it's a qaf/buffy/supernatural/angel crossover called Blood Ties.

Brian Kinney has links to both Buffy and Angel and now he's going through a change. Will they be able to save him and turn him back the man everyone knows and love. OH yea and can they do this before Sam and Dean find him and kill the creature he's slowly becoming. it's all in the blood.
