This is going to be vague. I'm making a rec list, and I just thought of this one fic, but I only know one scene:

At the end of the fic, Brian and Justin are standing outside of the diner. Brian has Justin wrapped in his coat. Then Brian says "I love you" and one of them says something like "How did that happen?"

That's all I remember.
