I read this one a while back I think that it is a WIP Brian is dying from cancer
 it is too far advanced for treatment and the person who knows is Mel

Hi, I think its called Unbearable by freakykat Mel knows about the cancer as she saw him at the hospital & he gets her to help him with his will? but Brian will not die, Freakykat promised us all LOL, its still a WIP & can be found on her LJ page, she updated not long ago,,thanks Jx
