Sap's video tapes

Is there a fic out there which involves Ted discovering some videotapes from Sap's collection after Brian buys Babylon---- and seeing one with Justin at Sap's party in ep 214---- and then telling Brian about it? I believe I heard there was such a fic but have never read it. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Mouse was on the old Midnight whispers but has not yet placed her fics on the new site. I don't know if she has a site elsewhere, but I did have an e-mail from her a while ago that said r/l was a problem but hoped to have fics up in the future.
