The Sunshine Files is one where Brian and Justin have a child, no M-preg. Its a long series well worth the read if you haven't checked it out from the beginning. http://www.mags-nificent.com/MSW/TS1.htm

the first thing that came to my mind was freakycat's future series with Gus and Alex (B&J's daughter), very very sweet so I highly recommend them!

Also, "Karma" and its sequel "Gene Pool" by Mickiebg. a bit long but worth the read. I didn't like the beginning chapters of Karma because I thought the characters were very OOC and just oddly portrayed (which was weird because I love everything else mickiebg's written) so I stopped reading it after 7 or 8 chapters and just read "Gene Pool" where B&J have a set of twin girls with Daphne and her husband. Nicely written and Gus has a lovely role as well!

There's a fic wherein they have 2 kids titled Moondance by Shirley. But for the life of me, I can't find a link to it. The characters are a bit OOC but the plot is really interesting.
