I just re-read Silent Night by MoonShadow Woman ( http://www.midnight-whispers.com/Moonshadow%20Woman/silentnight/index.htm ) where Brian rescues a sick and homeless Justin and comes to love him while not telling the rest of the QaF gang what's going on.

It put me in the mood for a fic where Brian and Justin meet/date/screw/whatever in secret. Brian is played as a very private person and I can easily imagine him and Justin dating in secret after Stockwell, meeting frequently post 513 while not telling anyone else about it, or any other imagined scenario. Lots of cookies if (or when) the QaF gang find out Michael refers to them being best friends since they were 14 (sorry it just bugs me).
