Looking for a particular death fic

There was a death fic that I read a few months ago that was amazing.  It was about 30-40 years into the future, I think Gus and JR had children.  Brian and Justin decided to move to Italy to retire, something that they'd always wanted to do.  Brian got sick (I think his cancer returned in a fatal way?) but I'm not sure if they knew that when they moved or not.  Anyway, Brian slowly weakens, becoming unable to go outside, then unable to leave the bed and eventually dies with Justin by his side.  

Does this sound familiar to anyone?  It may not have been here, although I checked MW before it moved and couldn't find anything in the death fic category that matched it.  It is niggling at me and I can't believe that I didn't bookmark it or print it.  I would be incredibly grateful if anyone has the link, or even the title.
