i'm looking for a fic where Brian has some kind of accident or something like that and his leg is broken. 
he goes to a private rehab center and Justin is the rehab center owner. Brian and Justin know each other but broke up and uhm I guess Jennifer brings them together again when she tells Brian about the center. Anyway Justin has a kid and I think he/she is ill that's why he built the center.
The little girl (I mean it is a girl) uuhm climbs into Brian's bed every night.
