Looking for a fic

So I was recently rereading "How We Got Where We're Going" by Allie Quixotic on bjfic. After reading it I could have sworn there was a sequel to it. I remember the plot vividly, and I'm almost sure it is the sequel to this story. In it Justin has fired his agent and she is suing him for breach of contract. Gus and his new boyfriend have problems when a new guy enters Gus's life. And then Gus's professor assigns some insane assignment about life and Gus (I think) decides to try to take a picture of a car as it is racing toward him. (I may be a little iffy on this last part.) But here's the thing. I can't find this story under her screen name on bjfic so I don't know if I read it somewhere else. I'm also not sure if this story had ever been completed, so I'm wondering if maybe it was there and she took it down. Can anyone help? Does she have another name it might be under, or maybe there is a link out there I could get?

Any help would be great. Thanks

it's called "now that we're here" and the first chapter starts here (http://allie-quixotic.livejournal.com/46427.html#cutid1). i should tell you that it is on permanent hiatus though and is only finished up to chapter nine.

it's a great story though.

I have to mention that this is one of the best stories ever, though, if I could do it all over again, seeing that the author states she'll never complete it, I would not read the sequel, the chapter it ended on and the things that happen in it are like... if one more chapter was written it could tie everything up.... alas, there never will be, which makes a story that was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING into a sequel that it a huge disappointment.

I am in no way saying that the writing isn't great, that the author isn't a genius of the QAF fandom. Just my opinion as you may want to spare yourself the heartbreak, the not-knowing, of the critical juncture she left the sequels chapter at.

I agree with the above.........this is one time I have been really burned by reading WIPs!! No matter what, she will not write QAF anymore and it is so hard not seeing it end "properly"; not necessarily needing a happy ending but a resolution! She did email me her final chapters story line, but it just wasn't the same:(
A really great story though!
