Brian's paternal rights fics

Hey all!

I'm out there looking for some good fics that have Brian fighting for his paternal rights. I don't care if it's him making the decision in S1 not to sign the papers or him fighting for them after Lindsey's and Melanie's breakup(s) but I want it to be a part of the story. Do you have a link for this fabulous fic? Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it) there is an archive for QAF fandom things under the same title as this fic which makes it hard to find with the information on hand. Thanks for the rec!

Sheesh. What I meant to say was I read Breaking Away, the fic that is in the third link. It has Brian fighting for custody in the later chapters and that's the one that I really liked.

There's also Kidnapped! (http://www.mags-nificent.com/MSW/TF/Kidnapped.htm) and it's Sequel Custody (http://www.mags-nificent.com/MSW/TF/Custody.htm), which is the the one you'd want to read with the parental rights custody issue.
