looking for a fic

Hi All,
I have been trying to think of the name of this fic for 4 days and its driving me batty i know that as soon as one of you name it i will kick myself.

Justin carry's a little stone in his pocket that he found with brian, i think they are apart because of age but they look after each other from afar.

I also had a request a little while ago but i was mixing up two fic so i will try again and be more specific.

Brian is going for custody, Mel get gus for the day but she works the whole time she has him, brian is watching her with his P.I. Some one goes over to Mel"s house to see if gus would be ok living there and its a pigs sty i think mel pulls out of the case at the last minute when she has to pay money to help bring gus up.
