Okay. I'm looking for a fanfic! Of course.



It's veeeery long, set after season 5, based in New York and that giant ugly house (uh, Britin?). Justin's overworking himself between the two, Brian set up a studio for him in the house. Justin installs a lock and gets more depressed/crazy. Brian gets angry. And there was a scene of Justin breaking dishes at a family dinner at the house, cut up his hands, I think.

Oh, and um. Not sure why but I remember a talking car? That may be a detail I've made up through sheer need of bed though. *eyedart*

I'd love to find that fic again, see if there's an end to it (I don't remember if it had one).

Also! I'm looking for a fic that's title is some Wizard of Oz reference, The Yellow Brick Road, I think? The author had that and another excellent long story that I'd love to read again.

Basically, I'm looking for long, looong stories that are like Brother's Keeper (reading that now, yay!). Um, in the Justin is slowly melting in a semi-crazy way. And the whole him and Brian actually being a strong couple of humans together. Based after season 5. If that's not too much to ask. ;D

And can I ask a question here about a fic? :O If I can find it. *hunthunt* Okay, Xie has loooong series of fic. I think they're little universes, if I'm reading right...

I've read oneshots by her before but the longer stuff I've put off reading so. I'm willing to brave the longness now and I was wondering where the hell do I start? Would it be worth it? And are they really that long?

And when did all these authors move to IJ? D:

Xie's stuff is great and definitely worth reading.

I believe that the fic with Justin going a little nuts is All Mistakes are Temporary I (http://www.bjfic.net/main/viewstory.php?sid=8824&warning=NC-17) and II (http://www.bjfic.net/main/viewstory.php?sid=9136&warning=R), by Vamphile. (This was originally called The End Done Right.) It has a sequel of sorts called Slices of Seven (http://www.bjfic.net/main/viewstory.php?sid=9905).
