I'm looking where a fic where Justin and Brian are in a relationship...sorta. It's where Brian can call Justin any time he wants to have sex, and Justin will come over. It is NOT No Regrets by Mesa.

EDIT: And I think that one night Brian calls Justin, but he is too tired and says no, but then he remembers about their 'agreement' and decides to anyway. And maybe when he gets to the loft BRian has gone elsewhere to find someone.
