Looking for BSDM recs

I can't remember too much, only that Justin was sick (maybe a cold, something not too bad) and Brian took him to the hospital. They're waiting and some guy look at them, asking if Justin's his son/brother, and Brian says he's his partner. 
Maybe it was only a drabble, I only remember that scene.

That sounds like one of the ficlets entitled Love from my In My Life (http://besame-bj.livejournal.com/55346.html) series. That particular set has to do with Justin being sick and Brian taking care of him. He even fixes him soup! :)
