Looking for an old fic...

The person who got me addicted to qaf fanfic recently told me about the first story she ever read. She told me that she tried looking for the story again but can't remember the author or the name of the story. If anyone remembers this story/author, that would be greatly appreciated.

The plot as she remembers...This story is pre-Justin. Brian is in college or something and takes a bus to visit his friend and help him build a bar. Brian works at the bar and eventually builds a back room there as well.

She said the story was very well written.

Please help if you remember it.
