It's very AU but there is the fabulous "Always" by AzureOpal over on bjfic.
(He's from Chicago in that fic) (Also there are two completed sequels to it - "Clarity" and "Catalyst" also over on bjfic)

There's currently a pretty good WIP named Honesty, at Midnightwhispers.com. It's an AU high school fic, where Justin's just moved to the Pitts, and all of the gang are still in high school.

There is a story 'Northern Sunshine' and its sequel 'Southern Sunshine' where Justin is a good old-fashioned southern boy. I thought it was Thyme's, but I don't see it on Moonshadow Tribe. Anyone know the author?
