An intern try to convince Brian he is much better for him than Justin (no, he's not Andrea Ferrari)

Hi everyone!
Happy Valentine's day!

There is this fic I can't remember the name of and that's bugging me for months :(
1. It is an AU
2. Brian and Justin live in a house (not sure if it's Britin) and Justin is back to finish his education at PIFA.
3. Brian started his own advertising business on the first floor (I'm not sure it's Kinnetik, but they put some cubicles and hired people).
4. One of the interns was determined to make Brian see how much more talanted and handsome he is than Justin.
5. Justin didn't want to antagonise him, because they were supposed to do some school project together.
6. The guy became arrogant and started complain that he has to work in a small cubicle when there is this big studio upstairs he can use.
He even went snooping up there, going through Justin's things. I'm not sure if he attacked Justin in his studio or not.
