Justin helsing Brian with ad

I am looking for a story, that I simply cannot remember the name of. The only thing, that I remember from the story, is Justin helping Brian with an ad, i believe it is for hiking boots, and justin comes up with the idea that the ad has a man in a kilt, with hiking boots on his feet and a pair hanging from the kilt.. I think the slogan said something about "sometime you need another pair".. or something like that.

I really hope somebody knows what story I am looking for.
