Brian and Justin don’t live in Pittsburgh

I’m looking for a lost fic where Brian and Justin meet and build a life together in a diffrent city.Brian still knows the gang but he never told them about Justin and his new life. I remember they had a kids, two I think and eventually they have to go to the Pitts and the are all surprised except for Gus who visits fairly often and knows about his siblings and his jus/dus/papa.
