Brian got the job in NY; Justin gets addicted to drugs; His actions hurt the family

I'm looking for a story where Brian got the job in NYC. He comes back three years later to start his own business. During that time, Justin got really addicted to drugs. When Michael is talking to Brian, Brian finally asks about Justin. Michael tells him pretty much everyone has given up on him. He broke into Deb's and tried to steal money. Then Michael continues, saying that he doesn't want anything to do with him. Apparently Justin did something horrific towards him. But I can't remember. He's just really adament about that.

The last time Debbie saw Justin, he asked her to keep a few of his drawings. I think they might have been connected to Brian. He had pretty much sold everything else.

I think Brian might have bought a house and it's getting remodeled, so Brian is staying with Ben and Michael while the remodeling is done.
