Joan thinks Gus is Brian

I'm not sure this fic actually exists, but I vaguely recall a story that included a scene where Joan was sick in the hospital and not quite "all there" (dementia? unsure). Brian and Gus are there and Joan wakes up and starts talking to Gus as if he's teenage Brian. I think she tells him she wanted to leave Jack but she couldn't and she was sorry for what he did to Brian.
