Justin runs away...

I have had a story stuck in my head for the last couple of days, and all I'm getting is that Justin - for whatever reason - is on the run. I think he's in an airport washroom, and he meets this kid in there - I think he's 15. (Tommy?)

This kid brings him to the place he's staying - runaways housed there - run by some sleaze guy, that has no problem drugging him so he can sleep with him.

Then Justin escapes, and he's treading through all this snow and freezing temps. I think Brian finds him, when he's walking out in the snow.
