Brian works at a warehouse? overnight shift?

Ok, again I don't know title or author.
What I do remember is for some reason Brian is working overnight at I think is a warehouse. The guys there test him as to his ability to do the job because he's gay. Justin packs his lunch but one time he forgot it and Justin bought it to him. Brian took offence about some comments made about that. There was something in there about a friend of Brian's that he was doing a favor and also lending him his truck.
It was fairly long if I remember correctly. I know I'm going way way back. Any help?

Justin draws a purse in shape of cat

Hello! I am hoping someone will know the name of a fic. All I can remember is that Justin made fun of a person in Kinnetik’s art department for trying to draw a picture of a purse in the shape of a cat. Justin said it would terrify children. Then he drew his own picture. It was definitely an AU. I remember Ted telling Brian that Justin was pissing off everyone in the art department by putting down their work. I hope someone knows this story. Thanks in advance.
