Justin is a repairman, hurts his hand / Brian and Justin work together

Hi, I'm looking for two fics I read a long time ago. They could be from the same author, but I'm not sure. I read them on the livejournal website.

1) Brian's heater (in his loft) doesn't work properly and Justin comes in as a repairman to work on it. They hook up. Justin is later in the basement of the building and hurts his hand. I think he calls Brian and Brian takes him to the hospital. His hand is severely damaged and Ethan (his ex) arrives and wants to take care of Justin. But in the end, Justin and Brian end up together.

2) Brian and Justin meet as coworkers in Pittsburgh. I think Justin is an intern and Brian is a senior account manager. Justin falls in love with Brian, but he's not sure if Brian likes him back. There's a scene where Brian comes to Justin's house to work on a project, but nothing happens between them. Justin's internship ends and he gets a job in NY. He arrives at the office in NY and Brian is there. Justin didn't know, but Brian also moved to NY and recommended Justin for Justin's new job. Brian says he couldn't make a move on Justin while he was an intern. They kiss or something in the end.
