I need help finding a fic. It’s a short fic set during 117, the French kissing scene. Brian pulls Justin into his lap and then IGNORES him. Clearly unacceptable to Justin, he uses all his powers on Brian. In brilliant characterization, Justin whines “I want kisses”, the threatens to get up. Brian replies “if you get right now, I’ll shoot you.”

I love this cute little fic but I don’t remember the name or who wrote it.
