Justin witness a crime going down; Criminals attack him.

Hello Friends! Looking for a fic I read a long time ago. I recently found but lost it again. What I remember is Justin fights with Ethan, while leaving his dump of an Apartment Justin calls Daphane to ask if he can stay at her place. She agrees but also advises Justin to go back to Brian. While talking Justin suddenly notice a couple of Men nearby talking about hit job or committing so type of crime. Justin realizes he's in danger as tells Daphnne that he thinks he's in trouble. The men chase Justin and the strike him over the head with a club or pipe He's saved by a passerby. Justin doesn't remember the attack and goes to leave with Brian where he is safe but the Criminals try to get to him there. I think it end up being a crooked Stockwell and The Sap. Do anyone known this story? I've checked all related tags. Not finding it. Please help. Thanks
