Justin overhears Brian telling Mel he's dying

Looking for a throw-Justin-off-a-cliff cancer fic I read a long time ago. I believe the title included the name "Judas", but I'm not sure. I think it was on ATP and the search feature for that site sucks. The one scene that stands out for me is that Justin is at Lindsay and Mel's house, sitting on the stairs and overhears a conversation between Brian and Mel - acting as his attorney - where he tells her he's terminal, that he needs Justin to hate him so he won't mourn when Brian dies. That's as much as I recall, and have no doubt that it will be found before I even post this request. Love you all and your dedication to this comm.

FOUND: I went to the ATP site and went through all the stories one by one until I found it. It's "The Creed Series" by Jewel so I was wrong with the title. I appreciate all the help in searching, though!
