Brian and Justin's Grandfather

Looking for a story where Justin's grandfather helps Brian buy out Vance. And the grandfather ruins Chris Hobb's life because of what he did to Justin and Brian knew.

I thought it was one of rizabeau's stories, currently rereading That Happy Feeling, no mention of his grandfather yet.

Brian learns that Lindsay cheated Justin out of an award

The fic I'm looking for has a scene in which Brian is at a PIFA art show that Justin is taking part in even though he's only a sophomore. The show is supposedly only for seniors but, if I remember correctly, a couple of Justin's professors pulled strings to allow him to enter. While there Brian finds out that Lindsay was one of the judges and she somehow was able to prevent Justin from competing for an award that would have paid his tuition or something like that. I'm not sure if Brian and Justin were still together at this point. I think it was after Justin and Ethan broke up, but Justin was still living with Daphne or had his own place (maybe).
