B&J buy house made by an architect

I'm looking for a fic where B and J buy a house from an old man that was designed by his late partner who was an architect. From what I remember he was really reluctant to sell it until he met B and J and then he knew they were the perfect buyers.

Brian living a double life, Justin with a son

I saw this fic a couple of weeks ago on Midnight Whispers but I lost it and now for the life of me I can't remember the title or the author.

What I remember is the summary: it's an AU in which Brian is living some kind of a double life, being the stud of Liberty Ave but also beginning a relationship with Justin (who has a son). I think the gang doesn't know about Justin or at least they don't know the depth of their relationship. I'm not sure if Justin knows about the other aspect of Brian's life. At some point Brian has to decide which kind of life he wants to live.
There was a banner with the gang at Babylon on the left, Justin and his son in their home on the right and Brian in the middle.
That's pretty much all I can remember. Does anybody know what I'm talking about?
