Fire/Bomb on Liberty - Community sticks together - Babylon is used as shelter

Hey,
I remember reading about a fire or bomb on Liberty Ave (Maybe youth club/GLC/shelter/Vic Grassi House - I have no idea), someone ran into Babylon to alert everyone. I think Brian gave Emmett his credit card to buy clothes, blankets, etc. and Drew (?) helped... I think Britin was used as a shelter for a while - maybe.

It's driving me crazy that I can't remember more and can't find it.

Ok i'm looking for a fic where Justin and Daphne run away to Dr Dave cause Daphne is Pregnant. All i remember is that /Justin ended up raising the baby full time and that Brian though Daphne was being selfish cause she goes to uni and Justin didn't.
