Linds/Mel won't let Brian see Gus. Brian turns out to be good father.

Are there any fics where Linds and/or Mel refuse to let Brian see Gus because they think he would make a terrible father and influence? And then years later, they run into him (preferably with Justin, but it doesn't matter) and Brian has his own child(ren) and they see he's an excellent father. Regret/guilt hopefully ensues.

I'm looking for a story when in one part Lindsay comes to see Brian about wanting more money - for Gus.  I think Justin is there or talks to her later and says something about how can she say she's poor when she's wearing designer clothers... or words to that effect.  I just can't think of the name of the story and its driving me nuts.  I've looked in the anti-Lindsay tags and its probably there, but I'm just not seeing it as it will be a small part of a larger story line. Help!
FOUND!!  I think its The Mask !!  Many thanks for the quick replies. But I'm also going to check out Reverberations- because I think it has a similar scene! And, of course, its no hardship to read good fiction ;-)
